It may sound very difficult but what needs to be done, has to be done.
  3. Wear a Mask: wearing a mask has become necessary and our lives depend on it. Some people have reported to get allergic to surgical masks but there are now masks that are made up of soft fabric – masks don’t guarantee 100% insurance of not getting germs but it will still save you from bigger problems.
  4. Eat Healthy: you are what you eat and if your diet is healthy, it will result in good immunity and when immunity is good, your allergy will overcome with the passage of time.
